was after my disastrous half-marathon in Podersdorf (probably the reason that I am in front of 3.8 km "Volle Kanne" swam in a long distance relay - am than 5 come out of the water - and only accepted on the day of the course by Birgit and I had my legs before I can not relax), I was finishing a week later on 09/06/2008 at the 10 km run in Klosterneuburg in 43:50 minutes.
Given the heat and my poor half-marathon performance, I was very pleased. In my age group 30-40 Male I am even as the 3rd come on the podium. Let's see how it goes this Saturday at the Vienna City Triathlon.
